The gravestone marked “R.I.P. Donald Young” refers to a choir director from Chicago that many wingnuts believe was murdered to cover up homosexual escapades and crack use between Obama, a man named Larry Sinclair, and Young. Really, people think this.

The picture was found on the thread “CALLING ALL PATRIOTS…WHERE DO WE GO FROM HERE????!!!!!” that also contains this expression of pure frustration (echoing a Verizon ad slogan):

Also buy and sell on craigslist. Selling and buying used items privately from one person to another – there’s no sales tax.

If you have a hobby that you are skilled at, barter for other things. Your main job is what you make money at.

And cut down on buying things, so that may mean getting more ahead of time than you need at the moment to cut down on taxes.
